If you want to get started with a fitness routine but feel overwhelmed at the gym, 电子邮件 or call 320-308-3613 to arrange one of our free "Vital 11" training sessions in our 健身中心 at the Student Recreation Center.

We'll cover schedules, personal training benefits, fees and policies.

We'll show you how to properly use our equipment and perform our total-body workout plan for noticeable results.

我们的 certified personal trainers know how to set up safe, effective and individualized programs in weight loss, weight gain and overall fitness. They offer sport-specific training and small-group sessions.

During your free 1/2-hour personal training consultation you will:

  • Discuss what you would like to achieve.

  • Set up a timeline.
